Shin-Gi-Tai Auto-FLOW™ is a comprehensive system of individual movements that are greatly influenced by the 3,000 year old Ancient Wisdom and Techniques taught by the creator of the three Yin Yang energy spheres, Avalokitesvara (Guan-Shi-Yin), his wife Quan Yin and his predecessor Fu Xi. There is no mistake that ‘Yin’ comprises their names.
Most people are familiar with the basic ‘Yin Yang’ symbol and there is a plethora of information covering this topic. However, what is not commonly known is that there are two additional Energy Spheres that work conjunct with this one sphere. Health, fitness well-being and expansion of consciousness are states of mind.

Breathing is fundamental to our healthy and lively 3rd dimensional (physical) earthly existence. Breathing is the most primary fountain of all forms of nourishment and sustenance for our physical body as well as our human energy system. When practicing
Shin-Gi-Tai Auto-FLOW™, one is first taught how to breathe in a controlled manner from the lower abdomen smoothly and comfortably. The practitioner is then taught how to breathe in the two upper energy centres in the body—and this is when it is quickly discovered that by utilizing correct breathing techniques the calisthenic exercises are executed easier in time, the levels of exertion decrease while the entire body (and mind) becomes stronger, cleaner and vivified.
In addition, focused attention on efficient breathing patterns optimizes ones nervous system, respiratory system, circulatory system, immune system, lymphatic system, endocrine system and human energy system to name a few—leading to inevitable increased functional strength, internal power and increased Shin-Gi-Tai awareness.
